He is the Director of ZETC Limited, an international enterprise operating across more than five countries, and has served with distinction as both a Responsible Individual and Registered Manager within Ofsted-regulated settings. As rot researcher and academic mentor, he has supervised over ten Master’s students from across the globe, guiding high-quality, practice-informed theses to successful completion. A committed humanitarian and civic leader, he currently serves as Worthy President of the Knight of St. John International and Rotarian President, and is a recipient of numerous local and international awards. Dr. Izuchukwu Precious Obani is a senior researcher at the University of Derby, where his work addresses some of the world’s most urgent environmental and sustainability challenges. His research spans critical domains such as: - air pollution and public health - the economic costs of climate disasters - circular economy models - environmental governance - and waste management policies Through rigorous investigation and cross-disciplinary analysis, he produces insights that inform policy direction, strengthen institutional decision-making, and support global efforts toward climate resilience and sustainable development.
