Currently affiliated with the University of Derby as a senior researcher, where his research addresses global challenges including: - air pollution and public health - the economic costs of climate disasters - circular economy models - environmental governance - and waste management policies His work has been widely published and continues to influence sustainability practices and environmental policy worldwide. Beyond academia, he is also the Director of ZETC Limited, an international company operating across more than five countries. His leadership in the corporate sector reflects his commitment to innovation, sustainability, and responsible growth.

In the social care sector, he has held two of the most senior and highly regulated leadership positions: Registered Manager and Responsible Individual within Ofsted-regulated settings. These roles represent the highest level of accountability and governance in children's social care, underscoring his expertise in safeguarding, compliance, and quality leadership.

His dedication to service also extends globally. He is a 4th Degree Knight of St. John International and the current Worthy President of Knights of St. John International Commandery 897, a Rotarian Club President of Service Without Borders, and a philanthropist actively involved in community development initiatives.
